Family Legal Care provides parents and caregivers with the resources, support and legal strategy they need to effectively self-represent and navigate the many steps required to successfully move their cases forward in New York State Family Court.

We increase access to justice for families confronting issues of child support, custody and visitation, guardianship, and domestic violence through an array of programs, including our free bilingual helpline, legal consultations, and legal education workshops and clinics.

Family Law Helpline

Accessible by phone, email, and text-chat, our English/Spanish Helpline provides legal information and appointments with staff attorneys for in-depth case support.
